I purchased this 540 kit for my 2004 450 EXC a little while back and was planning to build an all-out SMR monster this winter, but unfortunately my financial situation is forcing me to not carry through with the project. It's a used kit but with low hours on it. The parts are in great shape and the cross-hatching is still perfect on the cylinder. The piston has a tiny mark on the top of it from what I believe is a possible shipping or installation ding, but that's the only issue. I lightly scrubbed it with a fine scotchbrite pad however, and the carbon comes right off, I would venture to guess this is a very low hour kit. The piston is stamped with a 97 on it, so this is a confirmed 540cc kit.

I also have a rear shock from a 2008 250 SXF. It was revalved for a 175 pound rider. I will get the spring part number as well. I was going to swap it out with my current shock but never got around to it.

Stock 2004 450 EXC Speedo, should have right around 2250 miles on it. No tripmaster switch though. It worked well on my bike and all the plugs are still attached.
I have a clutch slave cylinder guard from KTM Hard Parts. It is anodized orange, and fits my 2004 450 EXC, so just double check that it fits your bike as well. It's in good shape, looks like it took one light chain slap.
