Here's a chance for us to list all the modifications to the 610 both major and minor for helping when doing our own wrenching and to make suggestions for better engineering. Let's add pics when possible and please don't hijack this thread with beer consumption, tail chasing, hooligan stories....keep those where they belong in the "Lobby". That way we can keep this simple, use less bandwidth and make referencing a whole lot easier.

I got the battery at my local parts shop after bringing him a price quote off the internet. Originally he wanted $110 and the cheapest I found it for on the web was $83.50 (I forget where), and he matched it.
I agree with you Danke about the crossed leads, I'm gonna turn the battery around and re-route them today and just take up their slack with a zip-tie.
I should also mention I found generic batts on-line for as low as $50 claiming they where made at the same plant as the Yuasa YTZ7S but I didn't want to take the chance. They were marketed under names like PowerMax and MotoCross.
Ok I have the JD kit, K&N filter ready to install. But I was wondering how much difference you all have seen, or felt after the rejetting? I have a full tit LV pipe and have removed all the smog, turned the fuel mixture screw out 2 turns and have the metering pin in the fifth position and the bitch runs great. OH yes I have the NGK iridium plug installed.
After listening to all the adjustment problems with rejetting I wonder if it will make a big difference in the power?:hmmm:
Maybe start it as a fresh thread in the Husky forum, this was started as more of a mod database and less to do with jetting.

I didn't want to take a chance with an unknown so I went with what's worked for others. Took a 300plus mile ride today with the new battery, no problems.

You mean cutting off the little bolt that lets your kickstand think on it's own?

please tell me in details about 610sm'07 modding(especially about the engine tuning) or give references . There may be similar topics but I don't know english well - and it's difficult for me to find the right information. I mean I ask u to bring together this information.

Is your bike a mikuni fuel injection? You might be able to adapt a power commander type thing off a Honda/suzuki if its a mikuni fuel injection??
